Help needed with mtk watch phones
 

Good day gentlemen,
I am new to the world of mtk/china phone "hacking" so please be kind, I am an electronics hardware engineer with a background in repair and design (but not cell phones)
I have an associate who sells china phone watch phones here in the uk and he would like to make some basic changes to the software to reduce customer support time and a small amount of customization.
If possible he would like to (in order of importance):-
1) change the default gprs/wap/mms settings to the uk networks
2) change some of the graphics.
3) get the auto time setting feature working.

Is there anyone preferably in the uk who could supply modified firmwares that could be flashed to his stock?
