i have cgc zt588 set.this problem is only on/off key work.i change many key paid palet.but problem not solved. any one solved my prolem .plz plz

only change usb jack.

try remove strip of touchscreen from board (or from LCD itself)

maybe its cpu are damaged try to replace it

have u tryed remode touchescreen flex?

sometime there is a small point of damage in touchscreen, and maybe not visible, in this case all keypad will not work.
