how to fine rx tx in PCB by multimeter some pcb in not show which rx tx plz suggest me thanks in advance

if any show indicate dot in pcb yellow colour multimerter black wire its mean (_) touch on ground then check it one by one if show increase volt its mean rx less then rx its mean tx ok
