I'm desperate and I hope you can help. After I returned from service, he could not do anything, I tried something at home. Basically, when I connect to the PC via USB, recognize it as a "new device", then install the IDT, then my PC recognizes it as "Huawei USB COM 1.0, COM port 7. The problem is that it constantly resets, and so at times he appears in the "Device Manager" and loses again. When he somehow managed to stabilize the relationship with the PC, you probably could I make a flash ROM via IDT. The IDT recognizes it, even after it lost 3 seconds.
