Htc t3232 imei all in zero - GSM-Forum

Good friends, wanted to go to people who know the subject.
I buy one of these internet phones from China and I arrived yesterday ... the problem is I can not make calls or send or receive messages, and no signal when I noticed the imei device info I get everything in 000000, in the box and back of the battery is the imei course, some form of change ?

CPU: Qualcomm (R) 7225
