Please Help...

My CECT Q380 has a keypad problem?!?!?!?! after turning it ON, about a min or 5 the keypad functions properly almost everything.. after that span of time or less the keypad functions goes wrong and the following keypad key PWR ON, 7,8,9 and center button, left button, right button remains functional. the rest wont. and already try removing the 8pin IC near the miniSD latch, which commonly suggested as fix for this keypad malfunction.

Please help me. thanks in advance guys...
