i9 B Dual Sim phone problems - GSM-Forum

Hello all, can you please help me?

I have an i9 B phone(iclone) like this http://www.ipmart.com/main/product/I9th,B,Dual,SIM,Card,Phone,With,JAVA,,Bluetooth,wh ite,back,cover,,80242.php?prod=80242

I have some problems with it

1. When I plug in the phone to the charger, I get error message saying Warning! Bad Contact of Charger! and the phone won't charge. I am able to charge the phone using the usb port on my computer though so I do no think the charger plug is bad.

2. When I use the headphones in a call I hear an echo of myself talking loudly while talking to someone. This is very annoying but I have tried engineering codes in other threads but they don't work.

Please can someone help me?

Ok I fixed my problem with the echo in the headphones when talking to someone.

I went into the engineering mode *#3646633#

then Audio - Headset mode - microphone - Volume 0 - 180(default) changed to 104 (fixed echo) I used the side buttons to decrease the number.

Hope that helps anyone else that has this problem with the headset echo while in a call.

i have 2 phones with this error...
