Help is really needed here


im new to the forums and i really need help. i just bought a dual sim phone, think its called cect 1000+, and i put 2 working t-mobile sim cards and it couldnt find network. i think its unlock but can anyone give me step by step rules on unlocking it because thats the only phone i have. thanks for all the help

you can read on the box , check if says : 900/1800 , 850/1900 , 800/900/1900, 850/950/1800 or 800/850/1800/1900

if you are on USA, some triband phones do not work ....

get some picture's of your phone, front, back, remove the plastic cover remove the battery and take a picture and post here

if you have this phone and live on USA don't work because the USA frequency is 850/1900
