Member: 1145623 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | hi did you tryied to change the phone software? because if you load a wrong versionof your phone software, you can get this type of problem, if it just heppened like in my case that just few minutes before was ok and few minutes later the screen becomed white,is probably an hardware problem, like in my case that was the screen connector not properly plugged in. So if you dind't made a mess trying to change the phone software I would suggest you to open the phone and check the screen connector. What is important to understand is your phone working? I mean if you disable pin request on your sim and u try to power on the phone can it receive the incoming call's? If yes, probably is just a screen related problem, like in my case my only problem was that I couldn't see nothing on the on the screen, but when i had an incoming call I answered just remembering where usually the answer button was on the screen and touching it as normal. Don't be scared to open and riassemble the phone is much more easy than what you could thing! At the start I was scared to, but at the end I was suprised that was that much easy! I hope this can help you. If you need more info just ask to me! Bye Digimark |
