K599 - The factory settings specifications?

First, I'm sorry my English not well.
Second, I have a problem about my K599 mobile (iphone clone) file attachment below.
The story is:
My friends go on *#3646633# (Engineer Mode) and he carelessness had change some parameter in factory settings.
After that i fell my phone work a bit slowly, catch (reach out) the signal wifi, tv radio not strongly, take a picture not nice (fine) and i can't change picture, music to next when shake the phone like before.

SO I HOPE EVERY BODY HELP ME OUT. I HAVE MUCH APPRICEATE FOR YOUR HELP.

I KNOW ONLY CHANGE SOME THING IN ENGINEER MODE IS VERY THING BECOME OK BUT I DON'T KNOW. I THINK THE EASY WAY IS YOU GUIDE ME INSTALL THE ENGINEER MODE ORGIN OR GIVE ME THE ORIGINAL PICTURE ALL OF THE ITEM OF FACTORY SETTING FOR ME CHANGE BECOME ORIGINAL MYSELF.

OR WE HAVE ANOTHER WAY, PLEASE GUIDE ME. THANKS SO MUCH AND I APPRICEATE FOR YOUR KINDLY SO MUCH.

And by the way, who known check the Mega pixel camera? I'm afraid that it have 0.3MP not 1.3MP like the reseller publish.

Plz Reset ur phone to factory defaults.
For that go Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings > password 1122

When Photos, the maximum resolution is its Mega pixel multiplication

Mostly china phones have VGA camera although it's written 1.3 or 2.0.
Don't go with printed mega pixel that may be 10.0 but the result will be same as VGA.

Tks your ideal, but I think the specifications default had change when my friend go on Factory mode and Engineer mode. So if i reset by that way then nothing change? Right? And I had do it. But the same result.

Only way is to capture pic ,transfer it to computer ,check size in properties....then U will come to know the dimensions.
for example 320*240 or xx*xx

First, your english is so well.
Second, you are end user so you'd better take your phone to mobile service shop. At there, they have box and fix your problem very quickly. Hanoi, hochiminh city or even small province you can find service shop to repair your phone.
