M002l Trouble
 

Hey there
i have this Phone
its a M002l Ipod clone
with wifi and tv
The problem is the batteries went dead and dont seem to recharge and now i cant seem to switch the phone
im trying to search to buy the batteries but cant seem to find them anywhere
so does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can get the phone working again as i i did enjoy using it for the short time i had it.

and as for batteries im not sure how to upload pictures but ive found the same phone on ebay and they have some pictures of the battery

We are in Shenzhen, China, where all China phones originate. We can almost certainly provide you batteries for your M002l. But first I think it is a good idea for you confirm that the problem is with (1) the batteries, (2) the phone, (3) the charger, or (4) the cable, if the cable and charger are separated. Hi hear you re from the manufactorer of the M002L?
Can you say how to do a hard reset for this phone?
Cannot come into the menu, cause the screen seems to be 2cm down. Cannot enter the digits or touch the ok button.
