Nasaki B3 end and yes button not work on incoming call - GSM-Forum

Have no problem without calling all keypad work fine,
yes and end both keys not work when incoming call,full flash done also format done but problem still same,
anybody can mention which area need to be check in hardware?

Just format the set with box
