Hello I have a problem with my phone(Bird X1) let me give messages to receive calls but does not allow me to make calls it says not allowed to dial the problem and how to fix it.

problem due to software,
first try to do factory restore/
also in china phone have some option to limit outgoing call,
if battery charge not enough then u can't also make outgoing call for some china phone,
if your phone in power saving mode then u can't make a outgoing call some china phone,
etc etc.

try to find-out them all and fix up, if u can't then u would need to format/flash your phone hope it will be finally help u.

I tried but nothing I need engineer mode code for bird x1 only the others codes don't work
