Problem loading contacts to F030

Hello.
Hopefully somebody can tell me how to handle this problem.

I am trying to transfer my contacts from my old Sony Ericsson s700i to the F030 I just got.
This is a dual-SIM, GPS, TV phone based on MT6235.
Its version string shows as: L030_ML_TY8A_GPS_WF_TV_EN_ML_TUR1_V2.03

The problem is that I can only transfer a single phone number for every contact (the default number). No matter what type of phone entry it is, it's stored as 'mobile'. The other phone types are just dropped.
This happens if I transfer the complete list, a selection of contacts or even a single contact.

Creating an entry on the F030 and copying it to the Sony, works fine. All the phone types are transferred.

I tried the transfer with bluetooth phone-to-phone, bluetooth through a computer as well as with the USB cable. Backed up the Sony in various forms (csv, vcard, med) and tried to reload it in F030, I went through Outlook, did copy-paste.
I used the latest MobilEdit (lousy with the F030), PhoneSuite 6.0.10, PC Sync Manager 2.4.17 and lastly, Bluesoleil.
All for nothing.

I had the exact same experience with an A9530 (Blackberry clone based on the same chip) which I returned and replaced it with the F030 thinking it might work better.

Is it something common with this phone's software or am I doing something wrong?
