Unhappy *No service* Jinpeng A5818

Hi!
I have the following problem.
I bought a Jinpeng A5818 in China but now I came back to my country Mexico and it doesn't work with my carrier TELCEL.
The cell recognize my SIM Card but cannot recognize the network
it said "NO SERVICE".
I try to use the option to automatically detect the network but it said "FAIL"
So I ask some people and they tell me the cell is locked.
I try to search for the codes to unlock the phone but still I can't find it.
The frecuency supported by the phone is 900/1800 mhz..
Does anybody knows how to unlock this phone...I understand it should for work with my carrier (its frecuency is 900 mhz)
Thank you very much for you valuable help!

Regards!

Enter this code : *#3646633# go to Network and then to Band sel' , if the phone says Auto, change to 900 press ok and then restart your phone , and try ! check if the phone is quad band 850/900/1800/1900, triband 800/1800/1900 , 900/1800/1900 or dual band 850/1900 , 900/1800

it doesn't work yet jinpeng A5818

hello Teknospc!
Thanks!
I try with the code but I think does not work!
The phone is dual band.
I change to Manual selection to search network.
I saw a list of Preffered networks..But I don-t see a option to change to 900 Mhz.
I understand after I typed the code the phone show me something right?
as when you type *#06# to get the IMEI code, right?
When restart the phone you means just turn off and turn on?

Thank you for you help
