i do have a cect T689 double sim , it has pins on the back , GND ,TX A, RX A, Power A, TX B, RX B , Power B ...

i don't have a box , thus as told here , usb cable as max232 makes flash with MTK TOOLS,

i need help , i have usb to com , prolific cable , am using , db9 pins : 2,3,5 as Tx Rx and Ground.

but it never works , what's the problem ???

even MTK Format doesn't work

Bruce bro dont worry use profilice cable to formate.note setp 1 insert u r usb cable before that install profilce driver 2. Goto device manager and check at what port u r usb cable is selected and ex 3,4,5 3. Then check the ground wire in usb cable may be green with use of multie meter then check voltage for remanig wires u will get 1.27-2.28 volte for the two remaining tx & rx exp white rx ,blue tx. Open mtk and select the port u noted then load scat file da file .remove basband chip in option select format manully and power on u r ok

Hi!

I dont wont to open a new topic, so Ill write here.

My problem is: Cect T689 is dead. Ive usb --> connector ( 18 pin ).

What should I do? Please help me!

ok,finaly I found RX and TX. Now I have to make USB cable. Which program will tell me am i made good cable?
