I downloaded AVI and MP4 for my china phone but it said "Invalid Video File"

but if I record a video using the cellphone it's AVI and it's working

where can I get converter than can make it playable in CHina phone and what are the things I need to adjust?

THE Size of video record is 176 x 144, it works if I record video then play it.

But if from computer (avi and mp4, and etc) not working. HELP ASAP
