Virus on my china phone

my phone is ZTC 728 and i called customer care about the Problem

as after every 10 minutes i am loosing 35 cents

customer care said it may have a virus.....

now they have given a solution for me to reset the phone or formating

now how do i do that ....

i didnot found any code in this forum and the code which are for china phone didnt work at all.

U can do this but your own risk. If u not want then u can flash or format by Superdoctor, Spiderman of Infinity box.
