What should i consider in reading a file from good phone and writing to faulty phone - GSM-Forum

Many atimes. I consider the maker, the name, the model, the size and the project i.d. But with my experience i discover that these factors are not enough to conclude that two flash files are the same. Please anyone to throw more light on this?
