Hello I have problem with this phone. It is WMiphone model:W99+. It is freeze on this screen. It have windows mobile ver. 6.1 . Can you help me ?

first try to format if doesnt help reflash it and post result.

ok,but If I understand a need some software which help me format it or reflash. Can you tell me some? Where can I found file which I need to reflash ? thank
