HEllo friends can someone help me the phone does not start when i turn On just say WELCOME then imendetinly turn off can i flash it , where to find firmware

please if anyone has this type of flash cell need to be deleted since I have not informacon only is mtk ! is appreciated any help !

I have the same problem with my star x10. The phone loads the welcome screen, then the home page, then shuts off. The touchscreen and buttons show no response during the brief moment it is on.

Has anyone figured out how to fix it?
