c1000+ read info ok but cant make anything else - GSM-Forum

hello i test today spreadtrum mobile c1000+ and when i connect power from cable of box not find rx and tx but i try to put battarey and padfinder find rx and txand now i make read phone and okbut when i make anything else it say timeoutso i try to click on reconect power and it say ok so what the problem how the program can do info and cant make read flash or format

i think padfinder not support c1000
