Ok.
Step 1: Connect MultiBox to PC via USB. Done!
Step 2: Connect Padfinder to Multibox RJ45 to RJ45 (No PC USB to Padfinder). Done!
Step 3: Run Chinese Cocktail v9.0. Done!
Step 4: Find phone pinout using Padfinder (Using Clip Function. Read the manual over and over again). Done!
Step 5: Click "Connect" on Chinese Cocktail. No phone found!

LOL! Im scratching my head all over. Where could have I gone wrong?

Oh, my phone is K-Touch B921 (China). I have test it with Padfinder alone using Maintool and the search for the pinouts no problem.

*No need for additional USB connect.
ATTENTION: If connected like this, you must start any service tool of Multi-box ( LITE ) to give supply to PadFinder via RJ45 tyo RJ45 cable. If you don't do this, you won't be able to use PadFinder!
3. Connect the DB26 cable to PadFinder ( "Special" socket ) and to the phone.
4. Find the pinout using PadFinder ( see the manual ) OR use the CLIP function ( see the manual ) to save your time and for more convenience if the phone is MTK-based!
5. Start the appropriate soft of Multi-box ( LITE ) and start working!

IMPORTANT: No need for any activations to work with Multi-Box ( LITE )!

My connection is exactly like this. And this time I dont use the CLIP method. Instead I follow "How_does_PadFinder_work_with_Multi-box_eng.swf" instructions.

1) Connect Padfinder to USB and run Maintool.
2) Found the pinouts then click on "Unibox Mode".
3) Unplug USB from Padfinder and connect to Multibox.
4) Padfinder connect to Multibox (RJ45-RJ45).
5) Run Chinese Cocktail v9.0 and click on "Connect".
6) Chinese Cocktail ask for "Press and hold power on button.."
7) TIMEOUT!

I have tried all 4 Based platform also same. Tried both Baud Rate also same.

Is my procedure wrong?

1. You must be sure that your phone is really MTK
2. You must press and hold power on botton long time

I did. I even tried it with a N95 China (which is now working in a fine condition) I ever repaired with my Multibox and I tried it with Padfinder. Searching for the pinouts is a no problem with padfinder but when trying to detect with my Multibox, it failed. Tested on 3 phones none worked. So right now Im full of question marks. Where could my problem be?

-Padfinder outlet socket to Multibox problem?
-RJ45-RJ45 cable problem?
-Multibox problem?
-My pc problem?

Im very sure I have done the procedure correctly and I have go thru the manuals over and over again. Maybe I will borrow another Multibox from a friend and give it another try or try it in another pc.

This is not a problem. You just need docs. There written that you must start chinese cocktail tool than your padfinder will have power.
