Download the drivers for PadFinder from our official website: www.padfinder.net and save them  2. Connect the new PadFinder to the USB port of computer 3. Install the found device - PAdFinder   4. Specify the directory where you have unpacked the drivers  5. Install PadFinder COM Port   6. Install PadFinder USB Serial Port    7. Drivers installation procedure is completed  Now you can move to the next step - registering and updating your PadFinder! |

So here is a solution: To fix it you can do this: - uninstall the device from windows device manager - disconnect the box from the pc - download the attached FTDIBUS_INF.zip - goto your \PadFinder_Drivers_v.1.0\ directory and extract the file there, overwrite FTDIBUS.INF - connect the box to usb - choose 'install from a list or specific location' - choose 'don't search. i will choose the driver to install' - click 'have disk' - browse to location and press ok - select padfinder com port - next, do not overwrite files if not needed (if you overwrite other boxes like jaf/nspro might stop functioning) - install the usb serial port the same way - finished, you can use the box now. be sure the comport number is not set too high. Member: 1123079 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1586814 Thanks Meter: 439 | I bought this box almost 2 years now from sky star trade in usa but up till now am unable to use this box and they told me alots of things when i contacted them. I was told to pay for full activation but i didn't get back to them because even with the lite version was not able to use box. Now recently i told myself the box is becoming a white elephant so let me activate, I then paid garutech nigeria for activation but i don't know whether he will be sending the code for activation this very minute. So i don't want to blame the developer so much but SOME of the so called RESELLERS. GSMtricks , i will follow your procedure to see if i can get results. |
