I talked with the re seller and says you do not care
need solution for over a month waiting

Why you need to change the password?
and if you read the setool user manual you will find a magical button, when you press it it generates a new password, its in setting tab in setool where you put the user and pass ;)

how can i get the unlock transaction logo......i refilled my account recently and unlocked 1 or 2 set...but now it shows zero credit...plsss help

Hello,

This board is full of such issues on setool accounts. We are just sellers for these accounts. Once we provide the accounts to you and you log in and check the credits, we have no control on that account and neither we can check if credits are consumed by you or not. Only the admins can check, modify, add, substract, etc. logs to the account.

And in case the credits get consumed and you assume that they are not consumed by you, you can directly report to Setool Team, which cannot add back your logs but maybe can provide you details such as transaction logs, time, IP address and country or use. But seems that would also wont be enough to be traced as hackers usually use the proxy IPs for e.g. maybe will show IP from Algeria, Morocco, etc.

So this leaves up with two things, either your PC is hacked or last but not the least the security on Setool server is compromised. Usually it is always a trojan on local PC making all these issues happen as per the seniors on the Board advise.
