You can read and write setting with 2.12 and 2.13 firmware if you put your SIm card and tornado sim together in Card reader Writer

So far so good on our new 2.13 firmware over Japanese Phones here in Philippines with loosing signal problem after 24 hrs problem!
2.12 pin mostly will encountered "USIM not accepted" with the same presets used on 2.13

because when update frimware 2.12 and 2.13 , your torodosim will not found . It not die , it don't receive in computer.

Bugs when 212 pin or 213 firmware written Menu SIM TOOLkit cannot be read over S60 phones, you need a reader to do this if you wish to use this new firmware.

i have 7 pcs that update with 213 but in mobile that still not work that i need use . so now i want to use this sim to other mobile after update again . hwo to do this?????
sim not detecting by reader that we normaly have

never can update again that sim now???????????????????
is any special reader need for it?

So far mine still possible read using our tornado sim reader able to restore back firmware to 207ok as requested by customer.
Please try other SIm reader...

no have other reader

more sim i check that can read & write but that few pcs i update with 2.12 is not working.

so thats mean its not reader problem

It Don't work in Spain with Blackberry

I think by now, Tornado sim should have gotten another update both in terms of firmware and preset. Preset ini has no update after the 24th june series.
An update is required especially to address network failures in blackberry especially 8100
