When we try to create a tornado sim with firmware 2.15 or I phone 2.15 2.16 firmware we get the message below and can no longer update the tornado sims with any firmware.
We have currently ruined 10 and is very worrying is there a solution please to recover the tornado sims to work.
The tornado sim software is release 5.02

Update in progress. Wait...
Update complete.

Connecting card...
TornadoSIM not found.
Failed.

I think that happened to with one of my cards also. Some days ago i programmed it with latest firmware without problem. Today i tried to program it again, but it's dead ("TornadoSIm not found"). PC detects the reader without problems (led flashes).

thats weird, that happens to me too , i think is vcc problem u need a good usb voltage , i kill 5 pcs in a row too but i change of pc and reader works good .

I have used 2 different pcs so do not think it is that and it only happens with the new firmware versions not with the old.

I am sorry to start a new thread regarding this major problem.
The previous thread seems to have been ignored recently.
For the last 4 weeks I have not been able to write any Tsim's.
All I get is Tornado sim not found. I have tried all the suggestions on this forum, nothing works. I purchased 100 sims of which 26 have programmed with no problem, I then upgraded to v2.05 and after the first 3 or 4 Tsim’s programs the problem started. I can only assume that v2.05 has a major problem. I now have 74 un-programmed sims with no chance of programming. Is it possible to down grade v2.05 to the previous version; is the USB programmer special to Tornado or would another card reader/writer work? (I suspect the card readers are damaged beyond repair).
This problem is costing a lot of lost unlocks and no one seems to be able to give a remedy. I have seen a lot of people with the same problem so come on development team a new working upgrade is required urgently or upload the previous working software to allow us to use the equipment we all purchased from you in good faith. If the USB programmer is damaged beyond repair I take it the designer will exchange all the damaged units!!
I await your urgent reply.

yes meee tooo having saame problem not a single solution for this ... am TIRED i have 100 pieces i have tried many all of them failed
and not deaD... many of them has torn out with so much TRIES i have made.. I was using UNIVERSAL sim.. dont know what happened i say let try TORNADO SIM.. Man its really a DAMMN SIM... Universal Sim is soo MUCH easier and very fast !!

Please send us a REAL SOLUTION for SIM NOT FOUND !!!!!

Just programed Tornado on to a new computer which has never been used for anything, (brand new) and the same thing is happening. The USB programming stick is corrupted by software, Tornado sim not found, GSM card not found. Software in us v5.02. How can I reprogram the stick with an earlier software version? Someone please suggest some help.

Welcome to the CLUB of sim not found... I hope the problem will be solve.. Well let we help them to understand the problem... the sim was updating and it take time and just after it says SIM NOT found !!!
