hi, what configuration had you used? in 6500s i use nokia experimental III and in a few seconds the phone says phone restricted, with another con figuration the phone calls and send sms but not received calls and sms, anyone can help me.

My BlackBerry Torch 9800 slider smartphone is hard locked. I have accessed the IMEI, the UNLOCK CODE, the PIN, APP VERSION, UPTIME and MEP CODE, but I can't go any further. Please, help me unlock the phone. Thanks.
