| This depends on the service point you use. At some points we are 7 days a week, while others are visited only once per week. If you post the phone, it also depends on the delivery schedule of the courier service(s).
At DM3 Spain we usually send everything back to you on the same day or next day. It's a good idea to send early in the week, so you can receive your phones back before weekend (and avoid the extra delay caused by that). TNT has very fast service to many countries. The said can be valid for quite a big chunk of Europe, including countries without service point. |
