yes dont downgrade these fones
just wait for the dm3 team to release an update
its called SIMLOCK 3
which neither dm3 or any1 can do

Shall i send to to you for unlocking aswell? have some 500pcs here if you are so smart is no problem for me to even come personally watch you downgrade and kill maybe 10 phones before you give up.

UnikGSM_Sha is right, you can not downgrade V58 and V59 , anyone who is downgrading different version, these are old simlock type, you can downgrade old simlock models, but new security can not be downgraded, I have tried myself and ended with two phones on contact service and one of them is IMEI is 1234.....
so we have to wait???

dont downgrade or flash these fones!
Until now, for BB5 series, NK stores the simlock information in an AES crypted PM area. When you enter correct code, new simlock info is crypted and written.

Since some time, for DCT4+ series, NK never writes the RSA-signed simlock area after the phone leaves the factory. When you enter unlock code, it's stored and phone is unlocked on the fly at every startup. To check, if the code is correct, they use some secure hashing algo.

I assume, that they use this method in newer BB5 series phones, too. But unlike for DCT-4+ series phones, patching is not possible for BB5 series phones since full firmware is signed with certificate.
