NFF cannot open
 

I use NFF with another box (cruiser and SE Tool) in one PC, cruiser and se Tool can open together but nff can't.
But can NFF open, with only one of this box(SE tool and cruiser) opened, by unistalling all e-gate driver

NFF and cruiser can open
NFF and SE Tool can open
NFF, SE tool, Cruiser, only nff can't open

I Think there is conflict with another e-gate driver or something else.
I use NFF 1.06

We are using the same driver as setool , cruiser , we have not made our own drivers.
setool , cruiser , NFF use schlumurger card which have the same drivers , and we just
take the same driver . i dont see how this problem can arise

give me solution nff team at my dongle same problem cant open?????

1) Install driver
2) Run NFF.exe from folder C:\Program Files\NFF
3) Do not change name of exe file ( NFF.exe)
4) If you download new updates ( exe only ) , copy and paste that exe in C:\Program Files\NFF folder
5) then run the program

Also Note : You must first install full setup 1.02 and then you can download only exe as updates
for example there are 2 setup in support area
1) full setup 1.02 ( u must install this first)
2) 1.06 exe only ( then u can download this and place it in C:\Program Files\NFF and run NFF.exe )

Please test and give me result

I've got some problem here.:confused::confused:
My computer is content with cruiser and mxkey.I'have already uninstall it all, but my NFF still does'nt appear.Does my computer need format??:(:(
Or you've got another tricks..
Please teach me how to do...

I format with new windows.
First i install NFF, directly open.
Then i install cruiser / setool.
NFF can't open

also did u try the below 5 steps ?
