Correct work can only be guaranteed on Windows XP operating system. You have slow cpu. Correct work can only be guaranteed on cpu with frequency 2 GHz or more. Is there a way to increase the delay until the phone reconnects? That seems to be the problem as the phone takes about 5-10 seconds to reconnect after program reboots it the first time?
