I can't find this model in se box .

Bro there two ways of unlocking this phone :
1. identify ur phone & download rest file from support , add in setool/rest folder then directly click on unlock tab. or

2. directly flash ur phone ( tick two options 1. complete phone after flash & 2. unlock phone after flash)

Please help me. My v600i is dead after flash. I chose the solutions 2 proposed by sheikh1777, and the phone is dead. Here is the log :

Thank you very much, siudziu, but i'm a beginner and i don't know much to use Setool. Then i think i can't make the thirst procedure in the faq. It's to much difficult for me. I don't understand it really.

Can you explain me simply what should i do step by step to repair the phone, please ?

Bro where is flashing Log , Please attach it . i think u have done something wrong in flashing procedure

this happened only because u have not added flash files as i say in point 2 .
now u download the two files from support area like this
1. r2t002_CXC1250074_EU_2_MI.ssw ( Main file)
2. r2t002_vfe1_fs.ssw (FS file )
while adding these two files follow point no. 2 it will be ok.

I have selected model k600/v600/k608. I have added the two flash files, as you ask me. Then i ticked options 3 (customize phone after flash) and 4 (unlocking during flash procedure). Then i clicked on "flash" button. But it failed to setup phone. Here is the log :

you can reproduce that error without phone

Check the cable, clean the connector with a needle
