Mate if your phone was not 5 lock closed before and it has got 5lock during unlocking or flashing, just write your first backup from backup folder of Setool. choose back file in misc tab and tick on sign mode in sitting and click on write script. This will bring your phone back to its previuos status.
If you have gotten it 5lock closed you can unlock it only by Logs with Setool or Cruiser.
