hi, i was having trouble unlocking this phone,i kept getting 'power on button shortly' message but se tools would not go any further.
do not identify first(this what i had been doing) of course its a w395
go to settings
'signed mode' and 'perform full unlock instead of'
use your correct com port and rj cable instead of the dcu cable.
THEN if you wish press identify,then press unlock.
here is my log, please note the 'proceedure was stopped by user' part was because i had the wrong com port assigned !!!!

You need only 1 credit to unlock this phone.Just Check this setting.

Thats all you dont need anything again no server down,it works 24 hours
