You are not using Windows XP. Correct work can only be guaranteed on Windows XP operating system.
Connecting with BB 9320
Please Install Original BlackBerry driver (instead of LibUSB).
This solution works with the original BlackBerry driver only.
Please close all BlackBerry desktop software.
Please plug USB cable to phone (without battery)...

1. install lgtool lower version [i used 2.51]
2. install blackberry BlackBerry support pack (100M)
2. Remove all the blackberry drivers
3.install http://www.lgtool.net/pub/BlackBerry...rivers_ENG.msi
4. Phone connect and unlock like charm
