Same problem here,my pc new format when i install LGE tool server error not reply hope LGE team can fix...this problem asap...
or totally dead...

lgtool server is down , maybe some hackers atakt servers or team has serious problems nobody knows what is going on , administrator of lgtool not answering to user mesages . the only thing you can do is to wait and se what hapens .i have the same error and phones are waiting to be unloked 4 days .please lgtool fix it .all my respect

I saved lic files and after reinstalling windows and installing lgtool software copy those two files to lgtool folder. Works 😊. So, if anyone have lg tool on another comp, also can copy those files on formated comp. It will work, but server is stil down and lg calcuoation not working

the problem is other , i really need lic file for blackberry but server is down and cant download lic file

LG made few changed few days ago on their server and I am sure that affected to everyone who got access and They might be trying to figure out how bring it back to their server...

One of the big problem guys is that many people had hacked access to LG and some of them made public way to access and it was reported to LG. Now LG is getting tough.

Hope everything go back to Normal.
