hi
every time when i install setool here is problem when i press identify my pc restart ? yyyyy
any body have a installation manual of setool

install the setool driver
unzip the setool file and put it in a directery and oppen the file and start the setool program

i do this process but error is still system restart

Remove other Egate Smartcard form PC eg..Scard, Pkey: Uninstall other Egate drivers install only SE Tool drivers.

yes he gives you right solution..
i have faced same problem
one more thing .. uninstall all drivers and when you again intall setool or other box drivers .. if message appear for overwrite files then always hit no button.. nothing overwrite
