i can't update my setool smartcard.....from last 2 days..

SmartCard update started.....
CARD SERIAL: xxxxxxxxx
Checking with server.
recv err: [Connection reset by peer]

i aslo change pc and net connect but still same.....

your username/password incorrect, ip was blocked.
find you valid password and retry in 30 minutes.

or try with this

server=srv01.dontexist.com
user=updater
password=updater

i have tried both solution but same............

i have 5 valid accounts but still same.
i have tried with updater, updater+srv01.dontexist.com also but still same.

any other idea........

why the supporters not giving answer.............????

or they are not able to solve problems........

ur card hass been demage by third party software like zulia free pkey some thing like this.
