Rest File is Located in SE Tool Uni REST folder but in your case its absent so you need to Add this File "R8BE001_CXC1250912_GENERIC_NC" then Identify to have REST file or Fash to Generic version then Identify if REST File is present. You have to be sure REST File & Bypass Package are Present so it can be Unlock.

One more doubt if any sony erricsson mobile if want to unlock restoration file must be present orelse i have to make restoration file for unlock process by selecting main file and then identify.then mobile will be unlocked safely without any bla bla bla.......
