w20i "phone not responds to AT..." > 5 locks - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I've tried to unlock this w20i by checking that in settings : signed mode, full unlock, disable flash.

And here's the issue :

After searching on differents boards, it seems I have to flash phone with rcXXXX firmware, am I right ?

The problem is each time I try to download from support it gets me to an Access violation page...

Where else can I dl firmware ?

Use steep 1 and 2 ? You can find scripte in backup folder with imei phone

But do you know where I can download firmware, cause I would like to try it also, and each time I try with support, it opens access violation page, but counts 1 download anyway...

your phone flash version must be r7caXXX
then retry unlocking with signed mode+unlock instead of usercode reset+disable flash mode activation.
no more credits will be deducted.
after program says unlock done do not remove battery/cable from phone else you will get 5 lock and need to repeat operation

@sahil2000ind : it's downloading on an other computer, with firefox and setool v1.09, so I will check the one I use to work with, cause I can't figure out why I have this problem on the first pc.

As soon as dl is done, I will keep you informed about success or not

if u have backup script write to phone then do unlock again.

in settings use this --> signed mode+unlock instead of usercode reset+disable flash mode activation

when setool says Unlock DONE, don't remove the cable or the battery until the phone fully restarts by itself
