MSS cant connect to server - GSM-Forum

have a MSS hasp / box, it was working great loved it, but now can't connect to server anymore so i can't use it server based advantage, have tried several internet cybers still the same " can't connect to mss server" HELP ME have many phones to unlock and its killing me when they pass me by. My clients are complaining NEED A SOLUTION FAST

Tried disable firewall, antivirus nothing s works

Ya can see works fine, but mine still can't read credit am so frustrated think its the ISP any solution since i can't tell what to do any locked ports or whats the problem. IMP used to work fine

Do you mean mss3 because that one is down. But if you mean mss4 it works perfect.

Had posted this before, people suggested it was the firewall preventing it from connecting, other boxes eg updated infinity box and it connected pls help on mss4 what to do

i have the same problem here, i have a week without use the mss box v4, cuz cannot connect to the server
