when i try unlock v3re with mssboxII my phone is dead 100% why?

pls help MSSBOXII Team.

v3re is testpoint unlock if you have damage chip while opning sheild

As always smart-clip says it is a hardware problem like the error 0085/00CA for w510 in the past
