Chimera BiWeekly Update: Samsung + Oppo + LG Improvements and Fixes

Chimera Team keep up the hard work, here is our biweekly changelog and some other information. Our latest update contains the following improvements and fixes: - Samsung: improved Read Codes procedure for several Qualcomm models
- Samsung: Fixed NG status in the patchcert procedure for some Exynos models (g930x, g935x, etc)
- Oppo: Fixed crashes when flashing from Oppo firmware files
- LG: Fixed device identifiers
- LG: Fixed bugs and compatibility for SW updates
- UI: unified device status indicator (fastboot/recovery/etc)
- UI: Fixed tooltips for procedures
