Thumbs up How to Unlock? Tutorial on using Smart-Sam for beginners

To Unlock a supported phone using smart-sam, the phone should be either ON or OFF.

The Swift or Sysol based phones
D900, D820, X650, D600, D500 and many more (the list will be soon updated)
- Phone OFF
- Insert the clip and Power ON Immediately
- Phone enters TAT MODE (Blue Screen with TAT MODE) or on some phones like X550 or X490, the Phone seems to freeze on startup.
- Wait for a few seconds until the leds flash.
- Phone is now unlocked.

Sysol Exceptions: After unlocking some phones like x490, x650 or x550 the network code should be entered manually. The Network code will be 8x0 ( eight times zero)

The Trident Phones
E900, X450, C300, D520, U600, C260, and many more (the list will be soon updated)
- Phone should be ON
- insert the clip and wait for the clip to unlock your phone
- Wait for a few seconds until the leds flash.
- Phone is now unlocked

Sometimes there should be a full EEP Reset performed on phones for diffrent reasons. the reset code is: *2767*2878#. Enter the code while there is no simcard in.
Caution. The EEP Reset brings the most of the phones to its original state. So the user data like photos, phonebook can be lost. So be carefull and ask your customer first.

Feel free to ask the phone base of yours until the list is updated. After update of the list, the rest of the thread will be removed.
