How can I convert the backup file from ODM rocker to the flash files? - GSM-Forum

I need the backup files from the phones because the files in support area don't have Traditional Chinese, after I flash the phone, the customers say that the phones don't have Traditional Chinese and call me to give back their new ones, can anyone help me?

read from the first phone and back up as use as ******* pack file
