Problems with Sagem Rocker


I have just activated Sagem for Rocker but I don't have idea of where to discharge their software doesn't allow me to enter to the support of Saggem and I don't find for the net where to lower them somebody guides me

Pay the activation he/she makes but of 3 days and not yet and been able to contact with Legija he/she sent him/her the invitation for Sonork and he/she doesn't give answer it is Incredible that they play this way with the clients, because they don't respond and but even when he/she already pays their service and not yet I have it
