Hi, Since you took it public , the dongles has been sent to you long time ago, and you have got the tracking number and you have checked yourself so in order to refund you i would have to have the dongles back then will refund you without a problem now if you would like to discuss any further please contact me via msn or yahoo.

the response of the company responsible for my shipment tells me this:


Thank you for your e-mail regarding an item of mail that you no longer wish
to be dispatched. Unfortunately, once an item has entered the postal
system, we are not able to retrieve it for a number of reasons:

1. Once an item has entered the postal system, it is considered to be the
property of the addressee.

2. Because of the vast number of items being processed at any given moment,
and the speed at which they travel through the system, it is not possible
to locate an individual item, especially if correctly addressed or intended
for dispatch abroad.

3. If your item was sent overseas, Royal Mail does not have any control
over the way foreign postal administrations handle items handed into their
care. Each country has its own rules and guidelines that have to be met.

Royal Mail Customer Services has become aware of a number of deceptive
and/or fraudulent transactions.

One, for example, involves sending an item of value, sometimes abroad in
return for payment. Unfortunately, the payment is not forthcoming, leaving
the sender out of pocket. Regrettably, as outlined above, Royal Mail has no
control over these matters and is unable to return the package to the
sender.

my order was recalled by 3? and told me a month which gave me one for the delay, were recalled, but a month of having asked the same thing ... 4 5 6 7 8 you can offer me 20 but is pointless if you do not have here

sure but we sent and as we can see there it was pasased on on the 30th of july.

so we will track it in the offices here where you should trak it as well, in the delivery office at your end.
