i have ve pro box.its rj45 jeck not connecting any handset.pls ve pro team tell me what is the reason and how to fix it.its urgent pls

It is possible there will be such cases existed
Generally, a mobile board has several welds which are used to weld with several lines of the rj45, so that it can be scan.

Take something for example: a mobile board has five welds, and you can choose any five lines of rj45 to weld them. And then select pin, scan mode, use the power clips to scan define.
Suppose that two of the welds mark “RX” and ”TX”, you can use two lines of the rj45 to weld them
But do pay more attention to one point: select “pin10” and “All pin Mode”(or Computer Scan)
