Cnnt yur device in bootloader mode
Run this tool

First of i want to say thanks for considering my problem..
My problem has been solved.
It's Bootloader was locked... and I unlock it using Best Smart Tool
After wiping data from BEst smart tool my hand set turned On..
Now its working fine...
Actually it was my first experience with HTC
Any how I want to say special thanks to you for your precious time giving..
